Hi there!! My name is Jessica Kephart! I am SO excited to be posting as a guest for Feature a Friend Friday with my sweet Friend Liz! THANK YOU MY DEAR FRIEND! I LOVE YOU!!
I'd love it if you would Follow my Facebook Fan Page
or on Pinterest
and subscribe to my blog Via Email!
I met Liz last year while I was working on the project "A Homespun Affair" (a sister site to my blog www.homespunelegance.blogspot.com) a monthly crafting magazine that I created with a talented group of designers. I loved Liz's work, so I had asked her to design a layout for one of our Monthly features! Since then, she and I have worked on the Second Annual Little Prince Blog Hop together, and are now Co-Hosting an online Mother's Day Event! Celebrate Mom. Celebrate Life! We would certainly love it if you stopped in and joined us! You will also have a chance to win over $250.00 in prizes from Mary Kay, Close to My Heart, Lemongrass Spa, Flexi-Clips, Demarle at Home, Tupperware, Grace Adele, Clever Container, Scentsy and more!! CLICK TO JOIN AND ENTER TO WIN!! I am beyond excited to be showcasing this project with you today!! I just finished this project on Wednesday night, and it has already been featured over at Craft Junction! Craft Junction is fairly new, but is a spin off from Northridge Publishing, who have been around a long time! I will be guest designing for Craft Junction in the coming weeks, so be sure to stop by! ALSO, they are about to hit 15,000 fans on Facebook, so I'm sure something SUPER fun will be coming soon! Stop by and "LIKE" Craft Junction on Facebook so you don't miss out!! Ok, on to my project!!
This project was made using a ready to finish wood frame from Hobby Lobby. This frame was on Clearance for $1.50. When I see the frames anywhere around 2.00 or less, I pick them up and finish them, and as you can see, they make perfect gifts!!
I received this Kit from Northridge Publishing for a Photo frame I made that was published in their Home Decor December Edition Book. You can view that project Here
Dont you just love this kit!! There are so many other pieces I can't WAIT to use!!

This Collection is "The Sweetest Thing" Tangerine from My Minds Eye, and it lives up to its name!!
I LOVE the Chipboard stickers! They made making this frame a breeze!! Even the adorable Bling dots came in this kit from the collection!
I took this sticker (Below) and bent it around two dowells to give it a few ruffles and bent the edges upward.
I added some Twine from Talking Twine and Trim
My Minds Eye, is quickly becoming one of my Favorites for my projects! Between this set, other "Sweetest things sets, Honey, Miss Caroline, Lost and Found, Lost and found II, On the bright Side and the Follow your heart Be Happy set, I could use MME forever!
Well, I hope that you liked my project today!! I am SO glad that you stopped by! Please, leave a comment below!

ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting Tasha! You are pretty awesome yourself!!
DeleteCathy aren't they fabulous! Sadly I am a harder and I hate using my favorite pieces!! Lol! I always think I'll have a better project to use them on!! Does anyone else do this?
ReplyDeleteI struggle with using my favorite papers too - I mean what if down the road I find the perfect project for them but don't have any paper left. I do realize the craziness of this statement - me run out of pattern paper?! LOL
