Yesterday I showed you some cards I was working on to swap for convention. Today I'll show you another one I put together. I got the idea from pinterest and took sweet leaf, creme brule and indian corn blue card stock and cut it down to 3x6 to fold into 3x3 cards.
Next I cut colonial white card stock into 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 inch squares. I stamped flowers and a leaf from the Card Word Puzzle stamp set onto the squares, corner rounded the top of the square and glued them down to the card base. Super cute results that you can leave alone or add a sentiment stamp too. I was really pleased with these results!
Here is this week's Perfect Pair:
Available July 1 - 5 (or whiles supplies last)
Thanks for stopping by :)
Blessings,
So simple, yet so striking! Love how you used this stamp set.
ReplyDeletethanks for visiting my blog! No, I am not going to convention. I will go to the Regional in St. Louis in September. It will be my first. Your cards have inspired me to make some thank-you's this shape but with a different stamp set. I plan to work on them today. Mind if I post a pic with a link back to your blog? Have a great time at convention!
ReplyDeleteMe again, yikes, I am not trying to stalk your blog, lol. Just wanted to let you know I got some cards made and schedule a post for Sunday. I loved making the mini's with the rounded corner. Thanks for the inspiration!
