This past Saturday I went to LeaderShare with Close To My Heart in New Jersey! It was a great day of learning and creating :) I had so much fun making cards and scrapbook layouts with my mother and other girlfriends. Before we went we were able to make some Studio J digital layouts that they gave us when we got there. I thought I would show you what I did . . .
The first one I used a technique where you put one photo into multiple photo wells - I loved the look of this! I also used stitching around some photos and to make the butterfly trail :)
My boys are so full of energy - my home really does feel like Thing One and Thing Two came to visit :) I used a technique to make the argyle paper strips - lots of fun with text boxes and stitching!
This one I did for my cousin of her little girl. I loved learning how to take the flower "stickease" and make them look like they run across the pages.
Here is one I did for another cousin of her girls. Love the stitched flowers :)
Finally I made one for our Pastor and his wife on their retirement. With this one I learned how to use the quick title tool to make a border across the two pages :)
I am really falling in love with Studio J - I love how easy it is to use, that it is free to play around with all the time and that I can change things up when the creative juices flow and make each page my own :)
I'm guest posting (with giveaway) over at JustUsFour blog today so stop by and say "hi".
