Close To My Heart Convention - Day 1
Today was Leadership Day at Convention. A Disney speaker talked about branding. CTMH revealed the next incentive trip will be to Disney Resort in Hawaii and we were introduced to some great people, former CM consultants and general manager, from Australia! I enjoyed laughing and having fun with my team and ended the night at Downtown Disney :) Here are a few of my favorite photos - tomorrow the fun begins as we learn all about the new product! Yay!!

Bucket of Sunshine
I created this "bucket of sunshine" for my team members and friends as a gift during the Close To My Heart Convention (day one starts tomorrow). I thought I would share this as well as the little tags I created (I stamped sun image and lemon over the tags). This is a great gift package for anyone who could use a little "sunshine" or encouragement as well!
Mickey Mouse Lemonade hand-soap I found at Target - how perfect?!
Regular lemon hand-soap (even the small ones from Bath and Body) would work well too :)

Creatively Redeeming Treasures Team Blog Hop
Well June has been a "hopping" month for this Mama for sure ;) Today's another blog hop and this time I am thrilled to welcome you all to the first ever Creatively Redeeming Treasures Team Blog Hop (that's my team)!!
We have some very talented gals on our team and we are happy to share with you our projects using the Honeycomb stamp set from Close To My Heart (one of my favorites).
I am the first stop on this hop and we have seven blogs total - I hope you enjoy.
This is a favorite stamp set of mine and I just could not decide on what I wanted to make so I created three cards for you.
In this card I used the Desert Sand and Twilight ink to create my own stamped background. Then I used the sentiment stamps from one of the stamp sets that comes with the Artiste Cricut Cartridge and cut them out in strips to put on the card.
For the second card I cut some twilight cardstock and popped it off the card base with 3D foam tape. Then I stamped the hexagon onto a scrap piece of paper from the Chantilly paper pack. The sentiment is from the For Always workshop on the go stamp set.
For the last card I used the stitched stamp from the For Always workshop on the go and the sentiment from Card Chatter - Sympathy stamp set. Then I used the small hexagon shape from the Honeycomb stamp set to stamp the center of the flowers and then stamped it onto scraps of pattern paper, cut them out and created the flowers. The butterfly was cut out with the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge.
I'm sorry about the quality of these photos - they were taken on my husband's phone because my camera is acting up on me :(

2013 Close To My Heart Retiring List
Great and exciting news! The new Close To My Heart Idea Book (which I get to view next week at convention in Disney World - yay!!) is being released for customers August 1st! Want some even better news? If you join my crafting club/team for only $49 starting July 1st you will be to view the Idea Book sooner and you will get a kit filled with ALL NEW Close To My Heart products a whole month before customers can view it :) I'm not sure what is even in the kit yet but I'll post photos as soon as I find out.
So some sad news. With the incoming of new we have to say good bye to some dear old crafting friends. Here is the list of retiring items. For your convenience each item is linked directly to the shopping card so just select the items you want by clicking on the title.
