Cooking with Cricut

Welcome to Cooking with Cricut Challenge.  Today's Challenge is Child's Valentine using the colors pink, white and/or red only.
I made these sweet valentine treat covers

I took a red patterned paper from the Elemental paper pack (cut to 2 1/2 inches x 5 1/2 inches) and then stamped hearts onto it using the technique I learned from Jeanette Lynton's blog

Then I cut a card 3x6 inches and a heart shape with the Art Philosophy Cartridge on the Cricut.  I adhered the patterned paper to the cardstock and then I pasted the stamped heart shape to the front using 3D foam tape.  The lollipop is then adhered to the inside of the card with a glue dot.

Finally the whole thing is tied shut with a piece of white lace :)

Thanks for stopping by!  I can not wait to see what projects you cook up for this challenge.  Don't forget to link up your project over at Cooking With Cricut this week!
