CTMH Cricut Cartridge FREE?! Which one do I choose?

  So by now you have heard that you can choose a Close To My Heart Cricut collection for FREE when you join my crafting club/team this month (April 2014).  But what one do you choose?  If you already have one or two you know how fabulous they are and making the choice might be easy.  However, if you have not had the joy of trying any of the cartridges you might be at a loss at where to start.  I have put together a short description of each cartridge for you to help make that choice a little easier.

Art Tip! This banner only uses one type of Cricut^® shape, but the finished product is still stunning. Use stamp kissing to randomly stamp across the pieces using the stamp set of your choice. Score with the help of the Cricut^®-cut score lines on the shape and piece together to create little globes. Tie together with baker’s twine and voila!

Art Tip! This project uses many Cricut^® shapes and all the pieces coordinate so nicely for an adorable finished product. Use the Artiste assembly booklet to put the bag together and then add the embellishments. The feathers are created with punched circles that are stamped using the kissing technique; however, if you don’t have the circle punch, you can easily make these using the Cricut as well.
The eyes were created using Shimmer designer brads, but you can use any large brad or button to create the same look.   I think using the glitter paper would be a perfect replacement!
Finish with the “owl miss you sentiment” for a special touch.

Mini Album Monday (Close To My Heart)

Well I have been on a "Mini Album" creative kick lately so I thought I would post various Mini albums I've been making and why not do it on a Monday - lol
Here is my first one made with just cardstock, paper and  the Artiste Cricut Cartridge from Close To My Heart.

I love the flip flaps and used them in this album so that as children grow and families change I can replace the photos.  I love the size of this album - like a wallet and it fits nicely inside my purse :)

These would make a great Christmas gift!
