Baby Shower

It was a super busy weekend in my home (well all week long) because we were planning and throwing a baby shower for my sister and her new son.  We went with the rain shower theme and I thought I would show you some photos of the event.

The centerpieces on the tables were flowers and rain boots. We used the Art Philosophy Cartridge to cut out all the tags that went around the canning jars.

Using the Art Philosophy Cartridge we cut out tags to put around the favors - lemon drops.  "thanks for dropping by"
The dessert table complete with cookies, cake pops and cake.

We made "clouds" with white tissue paper and the "rain drops" were hearts cut out with the cricut and folded in half.
My sister-in-law used buttons to decorate an umbrella with the baby's initials.

We had a photo booth area with umbrellas and chalkboards . . .
As the only "aunts" we had to make a favorite aunt sign and take a picture - LOL
The guest of honor - so sweet!
Most of these ideas came off of my pinterest party board :)
