Creating Christmas Day 3

Welcome back to Day 3 of Creating Christmas with The Girl Creative!  I am having so much fun with this - I hope you are too :)

Creating Christmas at The Girl Creative

Today I'm going to show you some of my pinspirations for Christmas Cards and then my interpretation of them :)  Ready?  Let's go.

1.  This contemporary Christmas tree card from Minted.com caught my eye . . .
and so I made this card

I used the Love Life Stamp Set (for the trunk and the star)
and Connections Stamp Set (for the green "tree")
from Close To My Heart.  I was really happy with the way it turned out and had fun using non-Christmas stamps to come up with a Christmas card.

2.  This Beautiful Ornament Card by Creativity Prompt Blog . . .
and my interpretation

Here I used the Love Life Stamp Set and the Art Philosophy Cartridge to cut out three mini circle tags (cut at 1 inch), stamped and then filled in with clear star dust pen and silver Glitz Gel.  The merry Christmas is one of my favorite stamp sets for Christmas Cards Holiday Commentary and is also available in French and Spanish!  How awesome is that?!

3. (and final) this beautiful photo card from Katiearichards Etsy Shop

Everyone loves photo cards - they are all the rave and this one is simply gorgeous.  I added a few stamps and some cardstock as a photo mat and came up with this card
and a photo of the inside

Thanks for stopping - I read all your comments (a few times over :) ).  Hope you'll join me tomorrow for another Christmas Creating day!
