SHARING FROM THE HEART BLOG HOP (Make It Monday)

Good morning!  Welcome to my Make it Monday followers and those coming from Heather's Blog for our CTMH August Blog Hop!  We were challenged to use the SOTM, new product and/or theme of Back to School!  If you want to start the hop at the beginning you can go to Wendy's blog.  This is not a traditional "Make it Monday" post but it is definitely something you can make for (or with depending on the age) your child - so here we go . . .

Since my oldest is just starting Kindergarten there is no real "back" for us and we are homeschooling this year so . . . I was really struggling with an idea of what to make.  I was searching the internet for some ideas and came across this Back-to-school craft site.  There were some great ideas on here (I want to make them all - and may do a few later on in some Make It Monday posts) and I finally decided on the stuffed animal backpack.  I made a few adjustments.  Here is our finished bag.

For a tutorial on this bag check back on Thursday.  Now hop on over to Doreen's blog to see what great project she made with the back to school theme!

  1. That is a precious little backpack you made. You have a special gift and it's so wonderful that you so openly give God the credit. We're each so blessed!
