Mini Birthday Cards

I was away last week and now am trying to catch up with my crafting!  My sister-in-law is visiting with her little ones so I am super excited about the company while we craft together!  This helps with my "mojo"!  Anyway for the Cupcake Craft Challenge I had to make a birthday card with a number.  My son is turning five this month (my oldest!  What?!  Where has the time gone!!) so I made this card.

Heart 2 Heart's challenge this week is also birthday.  I combined it with the Color Q challenge

Here is my card

Both these cards have fabric on them so that makes them work for Just Us Girls challenge.  I loved stamping on fabric (and made the cupcake out of fabric that way!).  This challenge was a lot of fun for me!  Hope you enjoy these cards.  To stamp on fabric I found that putting the fabric on a card surface worked better than using the spongy square that comes with the stamps or felt (which is necessary to make a clean crisp stamped image on paper).
