Thank You Card

Well I finally got out my embossing machine (nothing like leaving a creative tool sitting in its box for six months!) and have to say I'm loving it!

Here is a recent Thank You card using one of the CTMH embossing folders, paper from a new Chalk It Up paper pack and a brand new just released stamp set :)  Enjoy.

Little Ray Of Sunshine Card

I have been struggling to keep up with creating yet alone blogging and my business.  I have five weeks to go with this pregnancy and was super blessed by my church and family with a much needed baby shower last week.  It was great!

Here is the story:  We moved last January and my husband was so excited to get rid of all our baby/toddler things and when I say all I mean ALL.  The Wednesday before we moved we found out rather unexpectedly that we were being blessed with another child.  The kids are so excited and after getting over the initial shock so are we.  But now we had no baby items so it was such a blessing to have this shower,

This week my daughter and I worked on making a variety of Thank You cards (over 40 cards to be exact) and here is one . . .

I'm so in love with the new ShinHan markers that CTMH is carrying (well "new" to us makers) and am thrilled with how well they blend!

Joyful Stars July Blog Hop

I created quite a few things at our convention a few weeks ago.  After the past few months I have had it was therapy to finally be able to sit down and make something :)

Close To My Heart Frame Door Hanging

I'm just popping in to share a quick monogram frame wreath I created.  I've not had a ton of time to create lately with my boys recovering from surgery, my daughter breaking her leg and my pregnancy sickness.  I'm really hoping to get some time to create with the new product coming out from CTMH.  My goal is to be back sharing my love for crafting on a regular basis soon.  For now here is a frame I create a few months back and it is now hanging on my closet door inside our family room :)
 

The welcome was cut out on the Cricut using the Artbooking Cartridge and the roses were cut using the Art Philosophy cartridge.  I created each of the squares with the Skylark paper.

The M was cut with the cartridge from the woodgrain paper in the Timberline paper pack - one of my favorites!  I adhered it to a sheet of cardboard and cut it out (why it is hanging inside my house and not outside).  The wood pieces are from the Wooden Medley and the Wooden Trinket shapes.
